Is WWE about to re-introduce a women's tag team division?

Rumor has it that Stephanie McMahon will announce on the July 23 episode of Raw that WWE will introduce new WWE Women's Tag Team Titles.  Or an all-women pay-per-view, possibly involving the finals of a Women's Tag Team Title tournament. It's an interesting idea. WWE did have female tag team champions in the 1980's, which is kind of funny because they didn't have half the roster they have now. If that's the case, then they should be scrapped altogether. The fact that the titles aren't taken seriously kind of begs the question: could a women's tag team division ever be taken legitimately? Good women's tag team wrestling is probably too much to ask for since WWE and TNA have a hard time getting it right with the guys. I don't get it thoug...
